These terms set out the conditions of renting a car in Providenciales with Grant's Car Rentals: the condition the vehicle must be returned in and the cleaning fee, the security deposit, who is allowed to drive it, insurance, the charges you can be billed, a strict no-refunds rule with narrow exceptions, what happens if you breach the agreement, and the rules on operating the vehicle. They also cover licence image submissions, which are optional.
Licence image submissions: you confirm the licence you upload is your own and that the name on it matches the name on your booking; a licence issued to another driver, a company, a family member or an employer cannot be substituted for your own. You must not upload unlawful, abusive, defamatory, obscene or infringing material, or any image of another person without authorisation. We may reject or remove any submission at our discretion and will give you a reason and a chance to re-upload. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law we are not responsible for content users submit; we review submissions only to confirm a valid driving licence. Uploading is optional — either way we also examine your physical licence at the counter, in person, and we do not photograph it.
